Jo McNaughton is ISN’s Office Manager and works closely with the Chief Executive, David Whiteley and Deputy Chief Executive, Alison McIvor, to ensure the smooth operation of ISN.
Jo plays a vital role in planning, co-ordinating and overseeing ISN’s various business functions. Jo has comprehensive skills and experience having been an Executive Assistant at ISN since 2006. Prior to that, Jo had an extensive career at the ACTU in various roles including administration, executive support, sponsorship co-ordination and event management. She has also been an Associate to a Deputy President of the Industrial Relations Commission of Victoria and commenced her working career at the Victorian Trades Hall Council as a Personal Assistant.
