The Australian Financial Integrity Network (AusFin)
The Australian Financial Integrity Network (AusFin) is a new coalition of organisations with an active interest in the better regulation of Australia’s financial system. ISN is proud to be a foundation member of AusFin. Other foundation members include the Australian Council of Trade Unions; CHOICE; the Consumer Action Law Centre, the Finance Sector Union of Australia and the Australia Institute.
ISN has welcomed AusFin as an initiative that will promote more competitive outcomes for consumers through more effective regulation including the removal of conflicts of interests and the support for fairer outcomes for consumers. Balancing the operation of the financial system with the needs of the community reflects the long standing policy of ISN.
ISN looks forward to working with the members and supporters of AusFin as well as other sections of the finance industry to work towards effective and sustainable outcomes which will improve trust and confidence in the finance industry.
