Erin Sales – Campaign Manager

Erin Sales joined ISN in July 2009 and works with Alana Burnside to manage the highly successful Industry SuperFunds Joint Marketing Campaign. Erin works closely with the 16 Industry SuperFunds that participate in the Campaign as well as agencies on research, creative development, media buying, and developing strategy. She is also responsible for tactical campaigns and stakeholder relations.

Prior to managing the Campaign, Erin worked at ISN as Executive Officer, supporting the Chief Executive on some of ISN’s most important projects. In this capacity Erin worked on reports, speeches, strategy and coordinated major events. Her contributions to Government Relations initiatives, business and organisational planning and the public relations strategy have been invaluable.

Erin has experience in developing and implementing communications strategies, and has worked primarily for non-government and political organisations. At web design agency, HugeObject, Erin managed a small team servicing a range of clients. At the Electrical Trades Union, Erin delivered strategically targeted communications in a complex political environment. Erin was one of only 20 to secure a position in the inaugural Industry Superannuation Cadetship program in 2004, during which she worked on the Joint Marketing Campaign in its initial stages. Erin graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Communications and also holds a Graduate Certificate in Political Science from the University of Melbourne.

‘The history of Industry SuperFunds is the story of workers’ collective success in achieving a secure retirement. I am excited to work for an organisation dedicated to ensuring all Australians are not disadvantaged by lack of financial resources during retirement.’
