Christian Clark – Research Analyst

Christian has been appointed to ISN as a research analyst, having recently completed his PhD in Anthropology, Philosophy and Social Inquiry at the University of Melbourne. He has extensive experience in interdisciplinary research, education and communication, and a background in social science and mathematics.

Christian has worked in a range of research and teaching roles at major institutions throughout Australia. He provides research input and analysis to ISN’s work on policy development, economic modelling and advocacy. Most recently, Christian has worked on ISN’s submission to the inquiry into the collapse of Trio Capital and a report consolidating the findings of ISN’s research output over the past decade.

In addition to his PhD, Christian holds both a Bachelor of Science (majoring in Applied Mathematics) and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Melbourne.

‘The long term commitment of industry funds to protect and enhance members’ benefits for their retirement is being increasingly reflected in research. As part of this, I am working with a dedicated research team to establish a sound evidence-base for a fair and ethical superannuation system for all Australians.’
