Alison McIvor is ISN’s Deputy Chief Executive and Chief Operations Officer. Based in Melbourne, Alison has national responsibility for ISN’s business planning, finance and operations as well as the Joint Industry SuperFunds Marketing Campaign, public relations, stakeholder communications and commercial projects.
Alison is widely respected within the superannuation industry. She spent more than a decade with Australian Retirement Fund (ARF) and then AustralianSuper, as a key part of their Executive Team. Alison played a pivotal role in the merger of STA and ARF to form AustralianSuper; the largest merger in Australia’s superannuation history, and had senior management accountability for the establishment of the AustralianSuper Retirement Division. Her qualifications include a Diploma of Financial Services, Masters of Marketing – Management from Melbourne Business School and Bachelor of Arts. Alison currently serves on the Advisory Board of the Monash University Department of Marketing, Faculty of Business and Economics.
